IT Operation Engineer

Job Description

• Provide first-level technical and operational support for business-critical applications and services in accordance with defined SLAs
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar platforms
• Handle incident, problem, and service request management, including escalation and follow-up processes
• Understand service criticality, escalation matrices, SLA management, RCA, and CAPA processes
• Support deployment, release, maintenance, and daily operational activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, QA, and Business teams
• Create and maintain operational documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles
• Contribute to operational improvements, automation initiatives, and process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, STEM, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration, or related roles
• Familiar with Incident Management, Problem Management, and IT operational processes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Zabbix, or Grafana.
• Basic understanding of Linux systems, networking, API troubleshooting, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational support environment
