We are one of Asia's fastest-growing coffee chains with rapid expansion across Indonesia; and currently we are hiring an IT New Stores Setup professional to support our store rollout by ensuring all IT infrastructure is properly planned, installed, and operational.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or new store setup, preferably in retail or F&B
- Experience handling IT setup for new outlets
- Strong vendor coordination and ISP management experience
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, CCTV, internet, networks, routers, and switches
- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
- Willing to travel to support new store openings across Indonesia
Job Role:
- Handle end-to-end IT setup for new store openings
- Install and configure IT hardware and systems including POS, network, internet, and CCTV
- Coordinate and schedule IT activities with vendors and internal teams
- Conduct system testing and ensure readiness before store opening
- Provide IT support during store opening and handover to operations team
- Prepare documentation, checklists, and technical reports related to new store setup
