IT Network Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and network devices.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and bandwidth utilization.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Perform network installation, configuration, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage network access, VPN, and basic network security.
• Maintain network documentation and configuration backups.
• Support network infrastructure projects, upgrades, and expansions.
• Support users
• Coordinate with vendors for network-related issues when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Network / IT Infrastructure is preferred.
• Good knowledge of **TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting.
• Experience with Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, MikroTik, similar technologies.
• Familiar with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Firewall, VPN, RADIUS/TACACS+, and 802.1X is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and handle network incidents effectively.
