IT Network Management Specialist
Responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and reliability of the bank's network infrastructure that supports critical banking operations, digital banking services, payment systems, ATMs, branches, data centers, and cloud environments. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing enterprise network solutions while ensuring compliance with banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and operational risk requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Network Infrastructure within the banking, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience supporting mission-critical and high-availability enterprise network environments.
- Experience managing multi-site enterprise networks, including branch offices and data centers.
- Experience supporting payment systems, digital banking infrastructure, or financial transaction environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking IT infrastructure and digital banking architecture.
- Knowledge of payment ecosystems, ATM networks, API connectivity, and secure financial transaction processing.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, operational risk management, and technology governance.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards such as: ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP)
