We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department in our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Company. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the company's IT infrastructure is efficient, reliable, and secure.

Working Location: Surabaya and Bali (2 cities)
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and maintain the IT infrastructure to support BPO services, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems
- Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure to meet BPO requirements
- Create and execute IT policies and procedures that guarantee the dependability and security of the company's IT infrastructure. Ensure these policies adhere to data protection laws, regulations, and the industry's best practices
- Manage and maintain the security systems of the organization, such as firewalls and antivirus software. Ensure that data backups and procedures for disaster recovery are established and tested regularly
- Collaborate with other departments to recognize IT-related necessities and offer solutions that will fulfill their requirements. Address and solve IT problems, which comprise hardware and software issues, network predicaments, and user support appeals
- Supervise the IT budget and vendor connections to ensure cost-effective procurement of IT equipment and services
- Establish a record-keeping system for computer resources and network equipment utilized by employees within the organization
- Prepare monthly reports and support general affairs tasks as assigned by the management.
- Manage 24/7 operations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field
- At least 5 years experience in IT support, especially IT security in an IT service company or corporate company. Managerial experience is preferable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- English proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
