IT Lead Asset Management

Responsible for accurate lifecycle management and configuration control of AI GPU data center

assets, including GPU servers/racks, network equipment, storage, CDUs, power and cooling

infrastructure, and associated hardware/software. The role maintains asset inventory and

CMDB, tracks ownership, location, warranty, support contracts, licenses, spares and end-of-

life/end-of-support status, and coordinates ITIL-based incident, problem, change and

configuration management. Requires a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or

related discipline with at least 3–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration

Management or IT Service Management within a data center or enterprise infrastructure

environment. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, CMDB/asset management tools,

hardware/software lifecycle management, firmware/patch management, vendor support

lifecycle and change management is required. Experience with AI/GPU infrastructure and

NVIDIA platforms is preferred. The role also requires maintaining firmware, BIOS, driver, OS and

infrastructure software versions, monitoring OEM advisories, coordinating upgrade and

compatibility assessments, scheduling approved upgrades and keeping configuration and

compliance records current.
