Final-year student with no classes or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
Able to commit to a 6 months to 1 year internship program
Have exposure to enterprise applications, ERP systems, or supply chain software.
Familiarity with SLDC/SDLC tools or software development/support processes is preferred.
Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to coordinate with different teams.
Good communication skills and ability to manage tasks based on priorities.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily application-related requests, including reviewing, assigning, and monitoring issues until resolution.
Coordinate with IT team members to ensure user requests are handled properly and on time.
Assist in maintaining and supporting internal business applications.
Help identify improvement opportunities to enhance system performance, reduce errors, and improve process efficiency.
Support documentation, testing, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
