Develop and execute system integration strategies to ensure applications meet business needs and support overall system goals.
Design and manage integration frameworks, interface management plans, and integration testing & acceptance processes.
Review existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and business performance.
Lead the build and management of integration solutions connecting ecommerce, marketplace, store, and distribution center systems.
Drive integration streams across Ecommerce and Omni Channel platforms, ensuring seamless backend connectivity.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical delivery with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Conduct feasibility studies and propose cost-effective, innovative integration solutions.
Support project execution, including upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term system initiatives.
Provide mentoring and coaching to team members while supporting issue resolution and team performance development.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor's degree in any majors with min. 812 years of experience in IT projects within the retail industry, preferably as a functional consultant, business analyst, or integration specialist.
Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (e.g., Sterling, Hybris, Manhattan) and ecommerce/omnichannel ecosystems.
Proven experience delivering Ecommerce or Omni Channel integration projects.
Solid understanding of retail business processes and omni-channel operations.
Experience in application design & development and systems integration architecture.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Leadership capability with experience mentoring teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
