IT Infrastructure Support
Range Gross Salary: IDR 7.000.000 - IDR 8.000.000
Location: SCBD, Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end users (hardware, software, and basic network issues)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents both onsite and remotely
- Manage and update tickets using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi, connectivity issues)
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed
- Ensure timely resolution and maintain good user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT or related field
- 1-2 year of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support (internship included)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, hardware, networking fundamentals)
- Familiar with Windows environment; Linux knowledge is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Basic English proficiency (reading & writing)
