IT Infrastructure Supervisor - Manufacturing Sites

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise and maintain network, server, virtualization, storage, and data center infrastructure across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of infrastructure supporting production operations.
• Manage LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, VLAN, routing, and inter-site connectivity.
• Administer physical and virtual servers, VMware environments, backup systems, and storage infrastructure.
• Oversee plant data centers and server rooms, including UPS, cooling, racks, cabling, environmental monitoring, and physical access.
• Support OT infrastructure and connectivity for production systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial computers, and manufacturing applications.
• Maintain secure IT and OT network segmentation and coordinate changes with Engineering, Production, OT teams, and vendors.
• Lead troubleshooting, escalation, root cause analysis, and recovery for production-impacting infrastructure incidents.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, patching, backup, recovery testing, documentation, and infrastructure monitoring are completed.
• Support cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, audit, compliance, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery activities.
• Supervise infrastructure team members and manage vendors, service providers, SLAs, and maintenance contracts.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, plant expansions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, VLAN, routing, and network security.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, physical servers, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experienced in VMware environments, including ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines, clusters, and virtual networking.
• Familiar with data center and server room infrastructure, including UPS, cooling, racks, cabling, environmental monitoring, and physical security.
• Good understanding of OT infrastructure, industrial networks, IT/OT segmentation, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and manufacturing system connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
• Willing to be based in our Plant Karawang, travel to other manufacturing sites, and provide support during critical incidents when required.
