Job Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive IT Infrastructure support experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, NetApp and Commvault.
• Experience in AWS cloud operations and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesia IT regulations.
• Experience managing infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
• Support servers, storage, virtualization, backup and cybersecurity platforms.
• Maintain network connectivity and workplace technology services.
• Manage incidents, requests and changes following ITIL.
• Support AWS cloud operations and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesia IT regulations.
