IT Infrastructure Junior Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably in banking/financial services
• Strong understanding of on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
• Experience with Kubernetes (production), Docker, and microservices architecture
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Familiar with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
• Solid system administration skills (Linux & Windows Server) with scripting (Bash/Python)
• Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM)
• Good understanding of SLA management, security standards, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure availability, stability, and security of IT infrastructure (≥99.9% uptime)
• Plan and optimize infrastructure capacity, performance, and cost efficiency
• Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments in production
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Implement monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity compliance
• Support infrastructure integration across systems and data center/VM migration activities
• Identify and mitigate infrastructure-related risks in line with governance standards
