IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure including network, servers, security, backup, and disaster recovery
• Oversee and integrate business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, BI, LMS)
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and data integration
• Ensure IT governance, data security, and system reliability
• Provide internal user support and drive continuous system improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system management
• Hands-on experience with ERP or business systems and system integration (API, database)
• Strong understanding of network, server, and cloud environments
• Experience working with at least two systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or BI)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
