IT Infrastructure & Security Senior Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and related systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure across the organization.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls, policies, and procedures to protect systems and data.
• Monitor security events, identify potential vulnerabilities, and support incident response and resolution.
• Conduct infrastructure and security assessments, including vulnerability management and risk mitigation.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity mechanisms for critical IT systems.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to infrastructure and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, system administration, or IT security.
• Strong understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response.
• Experience with infrastructure and security monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
