Reports To: Head of Product Solution
What You'll Do
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cloud SIM-based or cloud-managed routers.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Monitor network performance and ensure connection availability and stability.
- Implement and manage network security (firewall, VPN, access control, WAF, ELB).
- Manage cloud infrastructure security (Network Security Groups, firewall rules, routing).
- Integrate on-premise networks with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Huawei).
- Document network configurations and topologies.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
- Familiar with network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.).
- Understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 12 years of experience is a plus.
- Basic certifications (CCNA, MTCNA, CompTIA Network+) are an advantage.
