Job Description

IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a contract position under third party company (outsourcing)

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, configure, manage, and implement all IT equipment that supports employee duties.
  2. Responsible for hardware, applications, email, printers, networks (LAN/WAN), and related issues, both on-site and off-site.
  3. Ensure cabling, operating systems, and software comply with standards.
  4. Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral devices, and other IT equipment.
  5. Ensure all IT-related issues are handled promptly and effectively.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant major
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a help desk or call center manager
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience as infrastructure/application technical support
  4. Understanding of basic IT infrastructure (networks, operating systems, office software)
  5. Understanding of request, incident, and problem handling, including prioritization and escalation
  6. Able to coordinate with relevant parties to ensure SLAs are met
  7. Able to provide technical support for applications & provide outreach to users
  8. Able to manage documents & maintaining IT asset records effectively
  9. Able to analyze, report, propose improvements & providing first-level support for applications
  10. Good communication (verbal & writing) & neat appearance
  11. Good time management & teamwork

Note : Technical skill test would be applied on interview process for this position
