What you'll be doing
- Install, configure, manage, and implement all IT equipment that supports employee duties.
- Responsible for hardware, applications, email, printers, networks (LAN/WAN), and related issues, both on-site and off-site.
- Ensure cabling, operating systems, and software comply with standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral devices, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure all IT-related issues are handled promptly and effectively.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a help desk or call center manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience as infrastructure/application technical support
- Understanding of basic IT infrastructure (networks, operating systems, office software)
- Understanding of request, incident, and problem handling, including prioritization and escalation
- Able to coordinate with relevant parties to ensure SLAs are met
- Able to provide technical support for applications & provide outreach to users
- Able to manage documents & maintaining IT asset records effectively
- Able to analyze, report, propose improvements & providing first-level support for applications
- Good communication (verbal & writing) & neat appearance
- Good time management & teamwork
