IT Helpdesk

  • Delivers reliable IT helpdesk support, overseeing equipment and digital subscriptions to maintain efficient and uninterrupted production operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of IT experience in systems, hardware, and software management, including technical troubleshooting and support.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, networks, and system configuration.
  • Manage the ticketing system, ensuring an efficient workflow that supports the management of technical gear across inventory, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Strong data management, including backups, file organization, and digital subscriptions.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
