What You'll Do:
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, printers, monitors, docking stations, and other office peripherals.- Install, configure, and maintain company-approved software and applications.
- Set up laptops, desktops, and accessories for new employees, and collect IT equipment during employee offboarding.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.- Support Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting and perform basic network checks.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly labeled, organized, and tracked.- Assist in maintaining meeting room IT equipment, including TVs, conference cameras, and audio devices.
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.- Escalate complex technical issues to the Regional IT Engineer when necessary.
- Follow company IT security policies and best practices.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the Regional IT Engineer.
What We're Looking For:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows 11 & macOS), networking concepts (IP Address, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi), Microsoft 365 applications, and computer/peripheral troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good documentation skills.
- Good written and spoken English is a plus.
