IT Governance Staff

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Computer Science.
2. 3–5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Audit, or IT Risk within a financial institution or banking industry.
3. Basic understanding of computer software, networking, and hardware.
4. Familiarity with IT-related regulatory requirements and international standards, such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM, NIST, and CIS.
5. Up to date on current regulations related to IT usage and implementation.
6. Experience with IT audit engagements, including ITGC (IT General Controls) and Application Control.
7. Solid understanding of Information Security and Cybersecurity practices.
8. Good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management processes.

Job Description

1. Develop, review, and implement IT policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
2. Coordinate with other units to prepare mandatory IT reports for regulators (Bank Indonesia / OJK).
3. Coordinate with other units to gather audit data for internal, external, group, and regulatory audits.
4. Coordinate with other units to collect data for regular IT Risk Self-Assessment activities.
5. Carry out other assignments from the Head of IT Governance related to the implementation of the Bank's IT Governance function.
