We are looking for IT Governance, Risk & Assurance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring effective IT governance practices, managing IT risks, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements. You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
- Execute and implement the Annual Work Plan of the IT Governance, Risk & Assurance unit.
- Coordinate and follow up with other IT units regarding the creation or revision of IT Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews of IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure proper implementation and relevance.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of policies, standards, and procedures, including documents developed by units outside the IT Policy & Procedure team.
- Regularly review and update the IT Risk Register.
- Collaborate with other IT units to conduct Key Control Self-Assessments (KCSA) in order to minimize internal IT risks.
- Ensure timely submission of IT Risk Control reports, such as the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and Inherent Risk Reports, to the Risk Management Division.
- Ensure all IT-related reporting and compliance requirements to regulators (e.g., OJK) and internal stakeholders are fulfilled on time and in accordance with applicable rules.
- Ensure audit findings (Internal Audit, External Audit, and Regulator Audit) are properly addressed and closed within the specified timeframe.
For this role, we will need someone who:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working in IT Governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of operational systems and their integration.
- Good understanding of multifinance and banking business processes.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development processes.
