IT Functional Specialist

IT Functional Specialist (Finance) is primarily responsible to bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, specifically in Finance, Accounting, & Tax area by meeting business requirement, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing process flows for improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Up to (max) 3 years experience as a Functional Analyst
• Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or project delivery
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure
• Understanding of Finance, Tax, and Accounting systems
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation
• Knowledge of system documentation, use case diagrams, and database design
• Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders
