Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Functional Analyst, System Analyst, Product Manager, or similar roles.
Understanding of system flows, data dependencies, and user flows.
Understanding of User Experience (UX).
Proficiency in Business Process Analysis.
Strong and structured documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
