Job Description

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing scalable web applications that support PT Ultra Sakti's digital transformation and business operations. This position is responsible for delivering end-to-end application solutions across frontend and backend development while ensuring system reliability, performance, and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive continuous system improvements, and contribute to the development of innovative digital products that create value across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications to support business operations and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Build and integrate frontend, backend, databases, and APIs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous system optimization to ensure reliability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation while contributing to development standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development efficiency and solution quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Development are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, databases, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Go, or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud environments, deployment processes, or AI-assisted development tools will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaborative working style.
