We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical individual to support IT Planning at our bank. The role involves engaging in Governance, Risk, and Compliance tasks, including vendor and asset management. Ideal candidates will have an accounting background, some experience in banking, and IT knowledge. Responsibilities include IT budget preparation and management, financial analysis, and effective collaboration on IT Governance and Compliance initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual and multi-year technology roadmap planning, IT budgets and forecast, manage IT budget realization and provide analysis outcomes, including maintaining IT cashflow, invoice, and monitoring ledger.
- Document planning decisions, analysis outcomes and maintain accurate IT planning records
- Review technology procurement requests to ensure alignment with approved budgets and standards.
- Ensure IT processes, controls, and policies align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations
- Maintain collaboration with different stakeholders and maintain relationships with third parties
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field minimum 7 years.
- Adaptable and open-minded with a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communicator, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
- Managing responsibilities in a dynamic environment with changing deadlines and being able to prioritize tasks together with the leader.
