Minimum Qualifications
Graduated from a reputable university (local or overseas) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, with strong exposure to international or regional technology environments.
810 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or enterprise architecture role within mid-to-large organizations. Candidates must demonstrate stability, with a minimum tenure of 35 years in at least one previous company.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end enterprise architecture initiatives, including ERP/CRM integration, API & middleware deployment, and cloud migration.
Proven success in transforming IT operations from a traditional, fragmented setup into a structured, scalable, and data-driven enterprise system.
Hands-on experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred; exposure to multi-entity or multi-country IT environments is an advantage.
Experienced in designing IT governance frameworks, architecture roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
