IT Embedded Risk Unit (ERU) & Compliance
Integrating risk management and compliance practices throughout the IT and digital delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with technology, cybersecurity, risk, and audit teams to ensure that IT initiatives comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while supporting secure and efficient business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in IT Risk, IT Compliance, Technology Risk, IT Audit, Information Security, or related roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, technology risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with IT control frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, APIs, and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, technology risk management, and information security standards is highly preferred.
- Experience in conducting IT risk assessments, control reviews, and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to analyze complex technical and operational risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
