IT Digital Business Analyst
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend opportunities for process optimization and digitalization.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, or user stories with clear and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs that align with business goals and technology capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, API, and Platform teams to assess the feasibility, scalability, and technical viability of proposed solutions.
- Ensure that proposed solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, technology guidelines, and leverage reusable components where applicable.
- Support project delivery throughout the development, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation phases.
- Provide functional clarification and ongoing support to Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) teams during development and testing activities.
- Validate that developed solutions meet the approved business requirements, functional specifications, and expected business outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Solution Analyst, or Product Analyst.
Strong understanding of digital banking, API technologies, and system integration concepts.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Proficient in developing business requirement documentation, functional specifications, user stories, and business process flows.
Experience in the banking or financial technology (fintech) industry is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
