Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Willing to working with shifting schedule
- Fluently in English (Oral & Written)
- Have knowledge as IT Support
- Proficient with the following: Windows Server Administration,AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, Excel, Reporting and Data Analytics, RDP
- Windows installation and configuration
- Working knowledge on the following: IT Security best practices, LANSweeper, IIS
- Monitoring software & Hardware, Windows Registry and Anti-virus Program
