Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT projects specific in Cybersecurity.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.
- Oversee Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies for software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI) and external vendors.
- Manage project risks, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (mandatory).
Master's degree in IT Project Management, Digital Business, or an MBA with an IT focus (preferred).
Certifications (Optional):
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, CISSP, or CompTIA Project+.
- Minimum 8 years as an IT Project Manager, with 35 years in leading complex projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to analyze data for project performance reports (KPIs, ROI).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
- Leadership in team motivation and conflict resolution.
- Negotiation skills for budget and project prioritization.
