IT Costing Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Receive and process requests from the Business Manager team regarding project requirements
• Perform initial calculations of required man-days and project cost estimation
• Coordinate with presales and support teams to collect necessary data for accurate estimation
• Prepare initial estimation reports and submit them to the Manager for further evaluation
• Support and oversee the tender process, including initial analysis, proposal preparation, and technical clarifications
• Assist in preparing pricing proposals and related tender documents
• Develop a basic understanding of IT products and services, including network infrastructure, security infrastructure, and system integration processes
• Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure accurate data collection and information flow for cost analysis
• Experience in IT pre-sales will be an advantage
• Willing to work under a third-party contract scheme

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
