Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Cloud Engineer & IT Support
- Familiarity/ knowledge with cloud services AWS
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud AWS RDS
- Understanding of compute (EC2), storage (S3, Blob, Cloud Storage), networking (VPC, Load Balancer
- Has experience in (RCA) activities on users affecting incidents and implement preventative measures to mitigate issues
