IT & Business Systems Specialist (Yogyakarta Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for all departments and ensure smooth technology operations.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and manage company laptops, computers, devices, and IT systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure, software, licenses, user accounts, and other technology requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal applications, tools, and systems based on business needs.
• Identify manual and repetitive processes and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Integrate existing tools and systems to create a more seamless and productive workflow.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, update, and continuously improve internal applications and systems.
• Provide basic documentation, user guidance, and technical support for newly implemented systems.
• Ensure IT systems and internal applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with company requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, Application Development, Business Systems, or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, networking, and user access.
• Have experience developing applications, internal tools, dashboards, or automation solutions.
• Familiar with programming/scripting languages and databases.
• Experience with API, system integration, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand business processes and translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with users from different departments.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously improve systems and processes.
• Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
