Job Description:

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to align business needs with IT solutions.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, new initiatives, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with business users, developers, and other IT teams to ensure requirements and project deliverables are aligned.

- Support project delivery, including UAT, issue tracking, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up.

- Monitor project progress, manage stakeholder requests, and communicate updates to relevant parties.

- Maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, IT Business Partner, IT Business Relationship, or a similar role.

- Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Familiar with business process analysis, system enhancement, UAT, and project documentation.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

- Able to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and follow through on project delivery.

- Experience in banking, financial services, or multifinance is preferred.
