IT Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and system processes end-to-end.
• Configure CRM solutions, especially SAP Customer Data Platform (SAP CDP), and integrate with ERP and other applications (BigQuery, GA4, etc.).
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for development and operations teams.
• Support system testing, implementation, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve system issues.
• Conduct user training and provide system support.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to deliver suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, SAP CDP, or related systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM implementation, data flow, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Data Modeling, Data Mapping, and ERP functional modules (SD/MM).
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation, BigQuery, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Python, or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
