IT Business Partner Manufacturing

Key Responsibility:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business requirements to understand, gather requirements, validate, and document them into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) as a guide for stakeholders to ensure the objective of the project can be achieved.
• Create a plan to ensure timely delivery of a product that meets business requirements, quality metrics, and customer expectations by using proper project methodology.
• Develop, train, and support key users to build system and process capability within the manufacturing organization.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the manufacturing area and participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain the alignment of business objectives and compliance.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the current process/activities of the project to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process and fix problems and obstacles by working closely and collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements
• Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to enhance and troubleshoot SAP functionalities related to manufacturing (e.g., production orders, BOM, routings, confirmations)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement or continuous improvement roles.
• Have good knowledges about Digital Technology for Improvement Process, Tech Savvy.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP/MM or other manufacturing-related ERP modules
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or shop-floor manufacturing systems is an advantage
