IT Business Partner (Karawang)

Job Description:

• Manage and ensure the availability and performance of the company's network.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Analyze hardware needs (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
• Ensure that the hardware used meets company standards and operates optimally.
• Manage and optimize networks using MikroTik (routing, firewall, QoS, VPN, etc.).
• Ensure network security against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues.
• Provide technical support to users regarding IT systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in IT Support, Network Engineering, or a similar role.
• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
• Expertise in MikroTik configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching, etc.).
• Experience in hardware management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Teluk Jambe, Karawang and able to join ASAP.
