Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions (BRD/FSD/TSD).
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis in collaboration with QA Testers dan Developers.
- Support application enhancement and development for business needs.
- Manage SDLC activities and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of S1 or equivalent majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- 3-5 years of work experience in IT projects with positions as Technical Writer, IT Business Analyst, IT Technical Analyst, IT System Analyst, or IT Programmer
- Have experienced in Supply Chain Management System/Procurement is preferable
Additional qualifications:
- Able to identify, analyze, and solve problems
- Have initiative and good communication skills to work together in a team
- Careful and detailed and quality-oriented
- Understand SDLC
- Preferably experienced in system integration using SOA web services, REST API, or similar
- Preferably experienced in providing analysis and application development solutions. Mastering the PHP and .NET C# programming languages and SQL Server Database is an added value
- Have good analytical skills and logical thinking
- Have a good understanding of business process flow and how the system works
