The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive the modernization of critical payment infrastructures for our top-tier banking clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in ISO 20022 and clearing systems to architect solutions that process high-stakes fund transfers safely and efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Senior Expertise: Minimum 7 years of proven Business Analyst experience, specifically navigating complex banking or fintech ecosystems.
Domain Mastery (Must-Have):
- Active certification and hands-on expertise in ISO 20022.
- A strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects focused on fund transfer payments and clearing functions.
- Commitment: Dedicated to driving on-site impact at our banking client's headquarters in Jakarta.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, translating complex financial workflows into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary bridge between banking executives, subject matter experts, and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Re-engineering: Critically analyze existing payment workflows and spearhead continuous improvements to maximize operational efficiency and compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Orchestrate comprehensive UAT phases to ensure flawless execution and validation of critical clearing systems.
- Documentation Excellence: Produce and maintain high-quality project artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and executive status reports.
