IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from users across various departments.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT team.
• Map current business processes (As-Is) and design process improvements (To-Be).
• Act as a bridge between users, the IT team, and vendors to ensure business requirements are properly translated and implemented.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at various levels, from staff to management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and across departments.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and experienced in preparing work documentation.
• Experience or knowledge in industrial estates or GIS is a plus.
