Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
- Experience working in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Contract Management domains.
- Strong experience in workshop facilitation and requirement gathering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured functional/system requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Contract Management processes.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions with business stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and other stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements to support the development or enhancement of technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and other relevant project documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue clarification when required.
- Provide recommendations and support stakeholders throughout the solution implementation process.
