Responsibilities
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business users and the IT team by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that technology solutions align with the operational and strategic needs of the retail apparel business.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Support the implementation of IT projects across departments
- Develop documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate enhancements based on feedback
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in documentation and business intelligence tools
- Familiar with tools such as Trello, Jira, and Visio
