IT Business Analyst

PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia - TB Simatupang, South Jakarta

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in informatics engineering, Information Technology
• Basic SAP operation hands on (T-Code, Issue analysis) including 3rd party interface – SAP Wholesales template (Finance, Controlling, Logistic and Sales Distribution)
• Familiar with Project Management
• Understanding of IT General Infrastructure (Data center, Network, and End user support)
• Strong SAP hands on Operation
• Good understanding of business application system (Wholesales, Sales and Aftersales), 3rd party system interface
• Good knowledge of Project Management and experience in Project Implementations
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Operation Maintenance (Data Center and Network)
• Good knowledge in Business Process and Analysis
• Wide experience in IT Consulting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic knowledge in automotive Dealer Management would be a plus
• Basic experience in Training/coaching (internal, external (dealers) would be a plus

OBJECTIVE

To support the Head of IT with daily IT operations, application lifecycles, and infrastructure with a focus on service quality, business process efficiency, and data integrity.

This role aims to ensure seamless incidents and change management, drive successful application projects, optimize business processes, and maintain robust IT asset and infrastructure performance to support organizational goals.
