IT Business analyst CRM/Treasury

We urgently needed 1 Middle BA with detail requirement below :

• 4+ years of experience as BA in banking industry

• Experience in identifying and documenting user's business/functional needs

• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing FSD/TSD, including business process modelling, use case & user story writing, and data modelling.

• Experience of working with waterfall (mandatory) and agile (optional) methodology

• Experience in Contact Center/CRM/AI project is a plus

• Excellence written and verbal communication

• Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge
