Job Description

Act as a lead in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the implementation process.
Participate across the full project lifecycle, from requirement analysis through design, development, and implementation.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst / IT Business Analyst.
Proven experience handling requirement analysis in banking projects.
Strong background as a Business Analyst with basic technical understanding (e.g., application architecture, APIs, databases, or SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in designing and delivering at least 5 applications or more, from design to implementation.
