Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement and Analysis business requirement
  • Identify and design solution
  • Translate business need into requirement and documentation (BPS, Use Case, MOM, RDM, UAT,etc)
  • Analyse business processes to identify area for improvement 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience: Min 3–4 years experience
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Skills:
  1. Able to write and understand SQL queries.
  2. Familiar with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  3. Able to use Figma for basic system or process design.
  4. Familiar with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  5. Able to create process diagrams using Draw.io or similar tools.
  6. Able to read and understand program logic.
  7. Able to model business processes using flowcharts or process diagrams.
  8. Understand Nintex Workflow technology.
  9. Understand basic concepts of API structure and integration.
  10. Understand database table structures and relationships.
  11. Have knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and current technology trends, and how they can support business process improvement.
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  1. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  2. Good communication and presentation skills.
  3. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
