RSM Indonesia is seeking a Junior Partner – IT Audit Support to lead and grow our IT Audit & Assurance practice.
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT Audit, IT Risk Management and IT Governance, combined with proven business development and client relationship management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the IT Audit Support practice and its service offerings.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, Audit Committees, and others key stakeholders.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Ensure engagement quality, delivery excellence, and risk management across projects.
- Mentor and develop senior leaders and high-performing teams.
- Contribute to the development of IT audit methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or IT Governance.
- Big 4 or leading professional services firm experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in business development, proposal management, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership experience in developing, mentoring, and managing high-performing professional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISA is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly preferred.
