We are looking for a driven IT Product Manager to lead the development of our API-based products within the Komerce ecosystem.
You will play a key role in building scalable APIs that power integrations across our products (shipping, payment, CRM, etc.) and enable external partners (B2B & enterprise clients) to connect seamlessly with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for API products
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → development → launch → iteration
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and other Product teams (SQA & UIUX)
- Ensure API quality in terms of Usability, Reliability & Scalability
- Create and maintain: API documentation, Integration flows & Developer experience (DX)
- Monitor API performance metrics (usage, adoption, reliability)
- Gather feedback from users (developers, partners, clients) for continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for integration with third-party platforms (logistics, payment, marketplace, etc.)
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management / Associate PM / Technical role
- Background in IT / Engineering is strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of: REST API / system integration & Product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical teams
Nice to Have- Experience working with API products or integrations
- Familiar with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
- Experience in startup / SaaS / B2B products
