Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in application/database support and IT operations.
Proven experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in SQL query and Java Language.
Familiarity with MariaDB and PostgreSQL is a plus.
Basic Knowledge on Operating Systems (Linux and Windows).
Familiar with the following tools will be preferable: Jenkins, Docker/Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Hibernate Query Language, Java Persistence API.
Basic Skills on Computer Network (routing, subnetting).
