Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar application support or production support role.
- Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in querying, managing, and troubleshooting Oracle databases and/or MySQL.
- Operational Availability: Must be available and committed to participating in a 24/7 on-call standby rotation. This includes coverage during major public holidays (e.g., Eid al-Fitr, Christmas) and a willingness to work weekends and night shifts as required by business needs.
- Work Ethic & Aptitude: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, support-driven environment. Must demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership over issues and systems.
- Technical Competencies: Practical experience with shell scripting (Bash/Shell) and familiarity with connectivity tools such as PuTTY and WinSCP. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills are essential for effective problem-solving.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with core banking or financial systems is a plus.
Job Description
- Ensure System Stability: Proactively monitor application performance and health. Respond swiftly to incidents and alerts to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions.
- Diagnose & Resolve Issues: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex application-related problems. Implement effective solutions to restore services with minimal business impact.
- Support Change Management: Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and enhancements following structured release plans to ensure smooth implementation.
- Optimize Performance: Identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall application reliability and user experience.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all incidents, changes, solutions, and process improvements. Ensure all activities adhere to strict banking regulations and internal IT policies.
