Job Description

Creating the application configuration as needed business processes
To install / upgrade / update client applications in both the server and the internal server
Create / modify the application and report documents according to client needs
Create and develop training materials the client
Provide support to the potential conditions arising after implementation
Create maintain business process documents, project documents, and the documents to be clear and effective training
Solve the problems that are still related to the tasks performed
Maintaining good relationships with clients, superiors directly or indirectly and colleagues to uphold the ethnics of professionalism
Maintaining the confidentiality of client data
